"Feels Like I’m Always the One Left Waiting"
I’ve bought from OffGamers a few times, and to be fair, sometimes everything goes through without a problem. But then there are other times where the extra checks and delays make me feel like I’m the one stuck stressing over it, even after I’ve already paid. Support did eventually reply, but it wasn’t exactly quick, so I was just left sitting there wondering what was going on. Maybe it works fine for other people, but personally I don’t feel fully confident using them again

I’ve used offgamers a handful of times now, and the payment process has always felt secure. The checkout is straightforward, and my codes usually show up in my account/email within just a few minutes, which I really appreciate. I also haven’t had any strange card charges or payment issues afterward. They do ask for a couple of verification checks, which can be a little annoying in the moment, but it makes sense and adds some peace of mind. "They usually have what I need"
I use OffGamers because the cards I need are usually in stock. Other sites were sold out a few times. But here, they were still available. That saved me some time. Checkout was easy too. No real issues so far. I’m happy with it.

"Account works fine, but getting set up took effort"
My account hasn’t really given me any problems so far. Login works every time and I haven’t run into random account issues, which is nice. I just wish getting everything set up didn’t feel like it took more effort than it should have.

"Why isn’t my usual payment option available?"
I was just trying to buy a gift card, which should’ve been a simple thing, but my usual payment option wasn’t even there. I feel like that’s such a basic request for checkout. The other payment choices had weird extra fees too, so the whole process ended up being way more annoying than it needed to be.

Am I the only one who thought the payment check took a bit longer than it should? My order went through fine, and I did get my code in the end, but it definitely wasn’t as quick as I expected.

"Had to cancel and it was no big deal"
I ended up needing to cancel my order and thought it might turn into one of those annoying things, but it was easy. Support got back to me, explained this and that without making it complicated, and the refund came through after a little while. No hassle really, so I’m happy to give 5 stars

"Worked Out Fairly After a Quick Fix"
The first code I got didn’t work, which was a little frustrating, but to be fair, support responded and sent me another one. The second code worked fine, so overall I’d say the issue was handled reasonably

"Possible Fraud/Scam"

ordered a PS5 on different site at checkout I used PayPal  but when order processed it showed payment went to Offgamers which is not who I was ordering from. After placing the order I received suspicious email asking for personal information and copy of Drivers License. When I refused they claimed to cancel order and issue refund. I immediately reported it to PayPal. Somehow when order processed through Offgamers it was for someone else and digital product. I was not aware of this until two weeks later when PayPal claimsappeals@paypal.com refused to issue refund stating Offgamers support@offgamers.com provided proof of delivery but it was not to my email address. Offgamers refuses to provide me with any details of the order such as name, address, phone number, email address, or what was even supposedly ordered and delivered. Despite having nothing other than fact my IP address placed order which I did but not with Offgamers PayPal continues to give me the runaround as does Offgamers. PayPal claims Offgamers provided proof of delivery but also confirmed the email address provided is not my email. Offgamers states that for privacy reasons they won’t provide me with details of order despite the fact I was charged for it. I never received an order confirmation or delivery notice from Offgamers likely because nothing on the order is my information. I believe the site I originally placed order on was a front for scammers which use PayPal and Offgamers to create fake orders under someone else to get digital merchandise/currency. Offgamers claims they only have two legitimate sites yet I have found three others that claim payment will be directed to Offgamers and have made them aware of this. Either Offgamers is in on this scam, orchestrating the scam or enabling scam sites and doesn’t care. I continue to push both PayPal and Offgamers to resolve and refund my money but little progress after 5 weeks. I even provided PayPal and Offgamers with links to the three sites that show PayPal checkout with fine print stating payment will process to Offgamers.
